Description/
Compared with his oil painting Chiayi Street Scene (1934), the sketch shows similarities in the architecture on the left and the composition of the street scene, but is somewhat simplified. The sketch may be one of the practice drafts of the later oil painting. In the lower left corner is written "1934.8.3."
